WORKING HOURS
Our working hours changes according to the position.
Normal working hours are between Monday to Friday 8:30 -17:30.
Shift hours are arranged as 07:00 -15:00, 15:00 - 23:00 and 23:00 - 07:00.

 

VACATIONS
Yearly vacations vary parallel to the employee’s working duration and categories. In addition, employees have; excuse, natural disaster, death, and birth leave changing parallel to the employee categories.

 

OTHER BENEFITS
Employees are given facilities like transportation to the company, medical service (by our company’s medical doctors), meal service for the employee’s work days, besides pre-school (kindergarten) education opportunity. In addition to the social opportunities that Labor Law comprises, employees have discounted or free-of-charge flight tickets.

 

PRICING
The job salaries are determined according to the law name groups within the Collective Bargaining Agreement. All employees are given bonus four times a year. Employees are paid foreign language compensation if certify their language knowledge.

 

TRAININGS
In order to perform the requirements of the sector with respect to the employees’ departments and experiences and to provide a basis for good and qualified work, employees take aircraft type trainings, engine type trainings,  other technical trainings, and also some personal trainings that are needed.
