Hydraulic Shop
Different kinds of hydraulic components used on A310, A320, A330, A340, B737 (CL&NG) aircrafts in THY fleet can be repaired, tested and overhauled in our workshop. The CSDs and IDGs which generates the electric power inflight can also be repaired and tested in our workshop.
In this workshop, there are two main hydraulic test benches, two CSD/IDG test benches and one lube pump test bench for the components. An additional new hydrauic test bench which designed to high pressure (up to 5000 psig) / high flow and a new servo valve test bench will be started up in 2009.
Capabilities :
The groups of components which are repaired/tested/overhauled in the workshop can be stated mainly as belows.
- AC Driven or Engine Driven Hydraulic Pumps,
- Hydraulic Valves for selector, pressure control or flow control purpose,
- Hydraulic Actuators (simple or servo controlled),
- Hydraulic Dampers, Switches, Filters and Manifolds,
- Telescopic Struts, Retraction/extension Actuators and other landing gear components,
- Water system components,
- Lube Pumps,
- CSDs and IDGs.
