Before 1998, DC-9, B727, AWACS, A310 nose landing gear’s (LG) overhaul operations were performed in the LG Shop. After this year, the overhaul process of B737-400, RJ 70/100 2000, NLG A340 and B737-800 LG are successfully performed as well.
By the year 1998, DC-9 (shipset), B727 (shipset) , AWACS (shipset), A310 NLG had been overhauled in the Turkish Technic L/G Overhaul Shop.
Turkish Technic starts overhauling B737-400, RJ 70/100, A340 NLG, B737-800, A320-SERIES Landing gears by 2000.

With the participation of the Harness Shop, Landing Gear shop gained the capabilitiy of doing LG's harness overhaul, repair and testing. The shop is capable to do the LG overhaul processes of 2 wide body and 2 narrow body aircraft’s at the same time.
Landing gear shop had overhaul, repair, testing capability of LG’s harness after joining Harness Shop with L/G Shop. The shop has capable to do overhaul 4 narrow and 2 wide body A/C’s L/G.
Landing Gear Shop has the "Universal Test Press". Thanks to this test tool, we can successfully test A340, A330, A320 nose LG’s. Tests can be done through special Test Boxes.
Landing Gear Shop have “Two Universal Test Press” for A340&A330 NLG, A320-SERIES, A310 Shock absorber, A300 Shock Absorber Landing gears load Testing.
A330&A340 and A320-SERIES NLG steering tests performed with special Test boxes.

Overhaul of LG, especially B737NG with 5S applications, period of time has been reduced by the TAT = 18 days. By further shortening of TAT, more LG overhauls are expected.
Turn Around Time (TAT) of B737NG is reduced to TAT= 18 calendar days by 3P (Workshop) application. Further TAT developments are expecting.
