Mechanical and Electromechanical Workshops

 

Mechanical and electromechanical aircraft components as stated below mainly, can be tested, repaired and overhauled.

•       Heat Exchanger, Fuel/Oil Cooler, Air/Oil Cooler, Air Condition Water Separator

•       B737-400/-500/-800, RJ70/100 Pilot & Co-pilot Seats

•       A310 ve A340 Pilot Seats

•       Slat/Flap screwjack ve transmission, Slat/Flap mechanism

•       B727/B737-400/-500/-800 Stabilizer Trim actuator

•       Sliding & Fixed Cockpit Windows

•       A310/A340 Pilot & Co-pilot seats, B737-400 airstair

•       Linear/Rotary Electrical Actuators of the components used in the hydraulics, pneumatic and fuel systems

•       A310 Flap/Slat Position Pick Off Unit, (PPU)

•       A310/A340 Cargo Power Drive Unit (PDU)

•       Cabin Pressure Safety Valve

•       A310 Pressure Regulator Valve

•       B737 Cabin Pressure Outflow Valve

 

 

Compressed Gas Cylinder Overhaul Shop

 

Test, Repair and Overhaul of the components as stated below are performed under D.O.T. regulations

•       Engine, Apu, Cargo Fire Extinguisher and portable fire extinguisher

•       Crew and passanger Oxygen Cylinder assy

•       Emergency slide reservoir and valve assy

•       Pilot oxygen mask regulators

 

 

Emergency (Slide) Workshop

Test, Repair and Overhaul of Slides and Life Vests are performed

 

 

Nitrogen Filling Workshop

Nitrogen Requirements for Aircraft Tires and Landing Gears are are supplied by this workshop.

 

 

Galley Equipments Workshop

Repair of Hot cup, hot jug, full size trolley, half size trolley, full size waste trolley, half size wate trolley, foldable trolley, standart unit, ice unit, ice container drawer are performed

 

Cargo Equipments Workshop

Following containers are repaired.

AKE CONTAINER (A340 ve A310)

AKH CONTAINER (A320 ve A321) and Repair of all Palettes are performed
