Working hours

Our working hours vary depending on location and employee position.

For Sabiha Gokcen Airport Facilities:

Regular working hours are between Monday-Friday 07:00a.m. - 04:00p.m.; working hours for shift pattern is prepared as 07:00a.m. - 04:00p.m., 04:00p.m. - 12:00a.m, 11:00p.m. - 07:00a.m. .

For Istanbul Airport Facilities:

Regular working hours are Monday-Friday between the hours of 08:00a.m. – 05:00p.m.; and the shift pattern is prepared as 07:00a.m. – 03:00p.m., 03:00p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and 11:00p.m. – 07:00a.m.

For Ataturk Airport Facilities:

Regular working hours are Monday-Friday between the hours of 08:00a.m. – 05:00p.m.; and the shift pattern is prepared as 07:00a.m. – 03:00p.m., 03:00p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and 11:00p.m. – 07:00a.m.

Leave days

Personnel are given annual leave depending on for how long they’ve been working in the company. Apart from this, they can benefit from rights like excuse leave, natural disaster leave, green leave for non-smoking employees, companion leave, training leave, birthday leave, maternity and death leave.

Salary

Salaries at Turkish Technic are determined depending on various title groups in accordance with the labor contract. Annual quarterly premiums are awarded for every employee. Apart from their annual income our personnel can recieve language compensation upon declaring proof of foreign language proficiency.

Trainings

In order for our personnel to meet sectoral needs and to provide them with the opportunity to work at the upmost standard and quality level, we provide aircraft type trainings, engine type trainings and other technical trainings. We also provide necessary self-improvement trainings.
